Sandblasting Cabinet is a kind of machine that uses compressed air as power to form a high-speed jet beam which sprays the abrasives into the surface of the workpiece to be treated at high speed. Because of the impact and cutting action of abrasives on the workpiece surface, the workpiece surface is cleaned up to a certain extent and has different roughness, so the mechanical properties and fatigue resistance of the workpiece surface are improved, and the adhesion between the workpiece and the coating is increased, the durability of the coating is prolonged, and it is also conducive to the leveling and decoration of the coating.
Siphonic-type manual sandblasting machine, high-pressure manual sandblasting machine and automatic turntable sandblasting machine are Mayflay’s main types of sandblasting machine. They differentiate from each other with different ways of blasting to adapt to various missions of sand blasting.
In siphonic-type manual sandblasting, compressed air is feeding power and accelerating power for sand stream, working in the way that sands are sucked into the sand-blasting gun through the sand hose by the negative pressure in the sand-blasting gun by high-speed compressed air and blast on work piece’s surface to have expected treatment result.
In high-pressure manual sandblasting, compressed air is the blasting power, sands are accelerated and pushed by the highly compressed air from the pressure tank out of the blasting gun through the sand hose to blast on work piece’s surface to have expected treatment result.
Automatic turntable sandblasting machine usually works in a siphonic way by loading work piece on the automatic turntable to have expected treatment results of surface cleaning, strengthening and stress relieving.

Environmental Protection
Nowadays, as living standards and quality improve, noise and dust emission concentration are the two environmental issues that people are most concerned about. For this, we have adopted advanced methods to reduce noise to 85DB and dust emission to less than 50mg/m3 (stricter requirements needs higher standard configuration)
Power & turntable configurations
With high-pressure tank sand blasting system, steel shots can be used to reach higher requirement of blasting.
With main turntable and auxiliary auto-turntable working together at the same time, blasting guns can be adjusted and fixed at specific positions and can wiggle according to work pieces’ shape and type. Variable-frequency speed adjustment technology is used on wiggling and auxiliary turntable rotation speed.
Product Applications
Surface cleaning, de-rusting, oil-removal, de-scaling, deburring, painting-removal etc. widely applied as pre-treatment technique in painting, electroplating fields to enhance painting or electroplating adhesive on work piece’s surface.
Automatic turntable sandblasting machine is especially suitable for work pieces of flat plate type, cylinder type and square type.
Sandblasting chamber
The sandblasting chamber is made and welded into one piece with high-quality carbon steel plates that are treated by our shot blasting machine, our sand blasting machines are sturdy and highly durable for frequent sand blasting under nasty working environment.
Pressure tank system (only for high pressure sandblasting machine)
The system is installed with 1 peach-type pressure tank to increase steel grit fluidity. The upper part is connected with a pneumatic butterfly valve and a storage bin. The pneumatic valve is closed during the blasting operation and opened to input shot at the end of the blasting.
Recycling pipes (only for siphonic sandblasting machine)
After cyclone separation, good abrasives are heavier and fall to the bottom of the separator and be sucked to the sand conveyor pipe to recycle usage.
Separator system (only for siphonic sandblasting machine)
Cyclone separator is used to separate good shots, broken shots and dust. Shots, In the cyclone separator and under the action of centrifugal wind, good shots are heavy to fall to the bottom of the separator but tiny broken shots and dust are much lighter to be sucked out of the separator.
Pressure Regulation Valve
It can control the fixed outlet pressure of the main valve, so that the outlet pressure of the main valve won’t change with the pressure or the volume of inlet and outlet air.
Dedusting System: (cartridge filter)
a.Most of good abrasive is separated and collected in the cyclone separator. The escaped air & dust mixture goes into the cartridge filter in which dust is blocked by the filter inside and fresh clean air goes through the filter to go out.
b.electromagnetic pulse technology is used to separate the dust from the filter and dust goes down to the collect storage cabinet due to its gravity.
c.This dedusting system works to ensure that the dust emission is lower than 50mg/m³.
